Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound high-volume calls, providing excellent customer service and managing inquiries.
Manage appointment scheduling for staff and clients, ensuring smooth coordination.
Assist the Office Manager with day-to-day tasks.
Assist with billing, estimate preparation and pulling permits.
Help with office email communication and respond to inquiries.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills.
Team player.
Able to handle high-pressure with grace.
Previous office experience is required.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
