Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound high-volume calls, providing excellent customer service and managing inquiries.
- Manage appointment scheduling for staff and clients, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Assist the Office Manager with day-to-day tasks.
- Assist with billing, estimate preparation and pulling permits.
- Help with office email communication and respond to inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Team player.
- Able to handle high-pressure with grace.
- Previous office experience is required.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
