About the Job
We are seeking a reliable, organized and professional office assistant to join our plumbing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, pay strong attention to details, and have the ability to handle high-volume calls and assist with various office management tasks. A real multi-tasker!

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound high-volume calls, providing excellent customer service and managing inquiries.
  • Manage appointment scheduling for staff and clients, ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Assist the Office Manager with day-to-day tasks.
  • Assist with billing, estimate preparation and pulling permits.
  • Help with office email communication and respond to inquiries.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Team player.
  • Able to handle high-pressure with grace.
  • Previous office experience is required.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
