About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Foreman to join our growing plumbing company. The ideal candidate has strong plumbing knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage crews and keep projects running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead plumbers and apprentices on job sites.
- Coordinate daily work, materials, and manpower.
- Read and interpret plumbing plans and blueprints.
- Ensure work meets plumbing codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and maintain quality workmanship.
- Keep projects on schedule and communicate progress to management.
- Manage 24/7 Emergency line.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential plumbing - both new construction and renovations.
- Previous experience leading a plumbing crew or working as a foreman.
- Knowledge of plumbing codes, blueprints, and installation methods.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- English fluency is a must, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Plumbing license preferred.
